In recent years, natural products and healthy nutrition have become particularly popular all over the world. At the same time, it is very important to present traditions, because the traditions of a nation, its past and historical memory determine its character and identity. Our company produces Georgian traditional and authentic cheese - Dambalkhacho, along with other natural dairy products (country butter and erbo (Melted butter))
Our family enterprise is in the mountains of Georgia, near Tbilisi - in Tianeti. There we prepare all products using traditional technology passed down from our grandmothers.
It all started 7 years ago - our idea was to revive the technology of Georgian ethno product - Dambalkhacho. Dambalkhacho is a cheese with a geographical designation of origin, which, with its long-term aging tradition and taste qualities, resembles European aged cheeses: Camembert, Roquefort, Parmesan, Brie. The Ministry of Culture granted the status of an intangible cultural heritage to its production technology, which is more than 200 years old, but due to this, a unique tradition was being lost. It was precisely the revival of this forgotten technology and the introduction of dambalkhacho to the wider public that became one of our main motivations.
We are glad that we managed to make this product available to the consumer market - today we cooperate with many branded companies and restaurants in the Georgian market - in the capital and several large cities of Georgia. Our goal is to make dambalkhacho in demand from such giant companies and VIP restaurants of the world market.
When a product carries its own history and tradition, the technology of its production becomes doubly interesting.
Through the agrotourism service, we offer visitors the chance to participate in the technological process. They will be able to participate in the production process, in gastronomic master classes and taste the local cuisine. The enterprise museum preserves the traditional technological chain along with traditional inventory
The main advertisement for us is the recommendation of a satisfied customer. The tradition continued with the unique recipe of the grandmother that makes us different, and we are very happy and proud because:
1. Our efforts not only saved and revived a technology that was on the verge of oblivion but also helped to popularize and increase the awareness of this type of cheese in general.

3. We started from scratch without any initial capital and were able to build a company that meets HACCP standards with its own solar micropower station (10 kW) and a bio-sewage system
4. By bearing the name of Martha Bebo, we continued the Georgian tradition of remembering and respecting our ancestors and encouraged others to do the same
5. Our company was marked on Google Maps in the Georgian Cheese Route https://cheeseroute.ge/ and was among the first 30 companies in Georgia
6. In 2024, our company was awarded the HACCP certificate
7. In the summer of 2025, the company was also marked on the Green Paths route
